Website maintenance terms and conditions
1. Authorization
Customer is engaging Wicked Entertainment Ltd. for the specific
purpose of maintaining an existing World Wide Web Site. In the event
that the Customer has established a separate contract with an ISP or Web
Hosting provider, The Customer authorizes Wicked Entertainment Ltd. to
access this account, and authorizes the Internet Service Provider to
provide Wicked Entertainment Ltd. with "write permission" for the
Customer's web page directory, cgi-bin directory, and any other
directories or programs, which need to be accessed by Wicked
Entertainment Ltd.
2. Cancellation
Customers subscribed to 10 Volt Support and 20 Volt Support may
cancel their Web Site Maintenance Agreement with us at any time, by
giving us one month's written notice, provided that payment is
up-to-date. All other maintenance packages are subject to minimum
contract periods. A pro-rata refund will be given for any unused period
of advance payments.
3. Troubleshooting
In the event of a fault with your web hosting service or server, we
will initiate an inquiry into the service disruption within 24 working
hours of the fault or support issue being reported or observed.
Scope of Service
10 Volt Support
Wicked Entertainment Ltd. will make an unlimited number of text-based changes to Customer's website as well as replace images which have been prepared in line with our specification. Wicked Entertainment Ltd. create or alter existing images or make changes to the design or functionality of your website. Unlimited Text Changes is subject to a fair use policy of a maximum of 3 requests per day. Requests beyond the maximum may result in a delay to the changes being made. All requests should be sent via email to the account instructed in your Website Maintenance welcome document.
20 Volt Support
In addition to the services provided in the 10 Volt support package,
Wicked Entertainment Ltd. will provide telephone support between 9am and
5pm for requests including:
- Adding, deleting or modifying email accounts, domain names or
website configuration settings provided Customer has a hosting
account with us.
- Reporting errors with website functionality or design.
In the event that Customer has established a Website Design or
Development agreement with Wicked Entertainment Ltd.,
Wicked
Entertainment Ltd. will endeavour to resolve all minor errors within 4
hours.
30 Volt Support
In addition to the services provided in the 20 Volt support package,
Wicked Entertainment Ltd. will provide 5 FREE hours per month of Website
Design and/or Development Services. Customer will also receive monthly
status reports with recommendations on improvements to achieve Customer
goals. This service is subject to a minimum term of 12 months.
40 Volt Support
In addition to the services provided in the 30 Volt support package,
Wicked Entertainment Ltd. will provide an additional 5 FREE hours per
month (for a total of 10) of Website Design and/or Development Services.
This service is subject to a minimum term of 12 months.
50 Volt Support
In addition to the services provided in the 40 Volt support package,
Wicked Entertainment Ltd. will provide an additional 10 FREE hours per
month (for a total of 10) of Website Design and/or Development Services.
This service is subject to a minimum term of 6 months.
Wicked Entertainment Ltd. WILL NOT:
- Liaise with billing and/or accounting of your hosting and domain
service, unless directly provided by Wicked Entertainment Ltd.
- Monitor operating system or Server Status unless otherwise
specified and agreed upon.
- Be responsible for errors and omissions contained in Web Site
content.
